About Me
Jenny Scordamaglia is a dynamic energy healer, TV host, author, entrepreneur, and advocate for positive energy, holistic healing, and spiritual empowerment.
Born on September 16, 1988, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Jenny moved to Uruguay at just three months old, spending her childhood in Tacuarembó surrounded by nature on a family farm an hour away. Raised in a natural, outdoor environment with horseback riding, extreme sports, and a private bilingual school, she developed a profound connection to the earth and energy from an early age. At 13, she returned to the U.S., and by 15, she entered the modeling world—graduating from modeling school and becoming the face of her agency, appearing in major publications like Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, Pageantry, and Teen Vogue.
Her media career took off in her teens and 20s: She danced in projects like Teen Road Movie, starred in the music video for "Los Iracundos" (aired across South America and Europe), worked as a spokesperson and host for Miami TV's Miami Caliente (broadcast on hundreds of channels internationally), hosted events like the 15th Anniversary Latin American show at American Airlines Arena (earning the "Águila de Cristal" award), and led shows such as Cancun Caliente and Jenny Live (reaching 1,000 episodes by 2013). She also served as a journalist for magazines in Brazil and Peru, hosted film festivals and bikefest events, and became the official face and owner of Miami TV since 2008 (including its mobile and international expansions). Married to television producer Enrique Benzoni, she blended entertainment with a transgressive yet positive message—often described as a "sex symbol that sends a positive message."
In 2012, Jenny's path shifted toward spiritual growth stronger. She opened her first meditation center, Centro Transformación, in Castellón, Spain, hosting public seminars on positive living and energy. Over the years, she dedicated herself to energy work and content creation on motivating others to heal, spending extended time in jungles au natural and exploring healing modalities. Today, she lives in Tulum, Mexico, where she and her husband co-founded Energy Tulum—a holistic, adults-only retreat and ranch in the jungle. There, she specializes in tantric healing, sexual energy practices, trauma release (especially sexual traumas and negativity), meditation, positive energy seminars, and life coaching. Her approach views sexual energy as a natural, powerful tool for healing, empowerment, relaxation, and reconnecting mind, body, and spirit—helping people (particularly women recovering from abuse or misinformation) achieve freedom and authenticity.
Jenny is also an author. She released her first book, "Warning" (titled "Llamado de atención" in Spanish) 2010, a guide for young adults on living positively. More recently, she completed a major 283-page work (written in places like Zipolite, Mexico, after a journey filming a docu-series and seeking shamans), released Jan, 2026, Heal Yourself - Full Guide to Energy. This book explores energy (including sexual energy as the strongest force), self-healing, using the mind to heal the body, recovering from trauma or misinformation, and harnessing arousal/energy for constant happiness, stress-free living, and pleasure without pain.
Her mission remains spreading positive energy, clearing toxic blockages, and inspiring authentic, liberated living through retreats, 1-on-1 sessions, group experiences, seminars, her TV work, and content across platforms. As she puts it: "The human body is not to be seen aggressively, but natural." Jenny continues to experiment with energy, blending her media savvy with deep spiritual insight to help people worldwide live freer, more vibrant lives.
